Thomas Luthi Menang Race Moto2 Inggris 2016

Thomas Luthi berhasil menang race Moto2 2016 seri ke 12 yang berlangsung di sirkuit Silverstone, Inggris mengalahkan Franco Morbidelli dengan selisih waktu 0,856 detik. Pembalap asal Jepang Takaaki Nakagami merebut podium akhir alias posisi ketiga dengan selisih waktu 1,179 detik dari Luthi.

Pimpinan Klasemen Sementara Moto2 2016 Johann Zarco yang finish di posisi ke 6 harus menerima hukuman penambahan waktu 30 detik yang membuat Zarco berada di posisi ke 22 akibat insiden dengan pembalap tuan rumah Sam Lowes yang sempat terjatuh karena Zarco.
